ANO Ecological Synthesizing Centre -EAST
Ecological Synthesizing Centre – East (ESC-EAST) is a research and consulting Russian company, created in 2005 year to assist industries, ecological organizations to comply with the requirements governing the circulation of chemicals in various countries in particular on REACH Regulation.
The ESC-E (EcoVostok) collaborates with wide range of research organizations and industrial companies in the European Union and other countries. Our experience in REACH issues combined with intimate knowledge about local industry and trade practices. In connection with the rapid development of legislation regulating the circulation of chemicals outside the European Union (China, Korea, Turkey, etc.), ESC-EAST provides consulting services on the chemical regulation in these countries (like REACH).
Our staff has experience in research activities under a number of international bodies and programs (WMO, WHO, AMAP, UNEP) and EU projects connected with study of physical-chemical properties of substances, their behavior in various environmental compartments, and in preparation of substances dossiers for international fore and environmental modeling.
Nowadays, ESC-EAST has focused on providing advisory services to companies exporting their chemicals to Russia and other countries- members of Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), in order to fulfill the requirements of Regulation TR EAEU 041/2017.
